Azerbaijan International Road Carriers Association (ABADA) – is a non-commercial organisation which unites individuals and legal entities of Azerbaijan, transporting international cargo by freight vehicles. “ABADA” has been created in May of 1993. ABADA is member of IRU since November 1993.
Association is designed to represent and protect interests of its members in face of national and competent agencies within the objectives of the association.
ABADA is a guaranteed association by TIR customs convention of 1975 in the territory of Azerbaijan (by resolution of Cabinet of Ministers 10.04.97).
Only members having vehicles and following the rules can obtain TIR carnets from ABADA.
